Rio’s Brazilian Roasted Red Pepper cheese bread (pão de queijo) takes the traditional cheese bread adored in Brazil and across the world to the next level of flavor.
Our all-natural, gluten-free* roasted red pepper cheese bread goes straight from the freezer to the oven, and is ready in 20 minutes.

Made with yuca root, also know as tapioca starch, our bread is made with all gluten-free ingredients. Each package contains sixteen rolls and can be baked all at once, or as you need them.

We hand-make our frozen rolls in Austin, Texas with all-natural ingredients and muito amor (lots of love.) Also available in Original and Basil versions, Rio’s Brazilian cheese breads bring the flavor of Carnaval to your table!
